Aaand we’re back to another episode of the “Top 10 Ratings, by Elisha McFarland Africa Boy. I absolutely love Christian Rap, especially when it comes from NF (as we saw in Ep. 1 of “Top 10 Ratings”), Lecrae, or KB. As such, I want to post what I believe are Lecrae’s top 10 greatest songs.
10: Round of Applause. Awesome chorus. I used this in a video slideshow once.
9: Cry For You (feat. Taylor Hill). This song literally made a friend of mine cry. Raw emotion throughout the entire thing.
8: Broken (feat. Kari Jobe). Wonderful song with a wonderful singer. This gets in my head all the time.
7: River of Jordan (feat. Breyan Isaac). Wonderful chorus, and it was featured in the movie The Shack. This song is my dad’s favorite.
6: Rebel Intro. This song has an amazing take on being a Rebel.
5: Just Like You (feat. J. Paul). This song is so full of raw emotion, it’s almost scary. Lecrae compares his desire for an earthly father with his desire for God as his father.
4: Get Back Right. The top song in his new album, Let the Trap Say Amen, this song packs a serious punch with an even better beat.
3: All I Need is You. With a sweet music video and a catchy chorus, this song easily makes the top 5.
2: I’ll Find You (feat. Tori Kelly). Absolutely beautiful. No other words.
1: Don’t Waste Your Life (feat. Dwayne Tryumf). This rap easily bests every other Lecrae song. He rhymes like a maniac, and his chorus is SICK. If you haven’t heard this one, you should definitely check it out.
I absolutely love those songs! There are two I don’t recognize, which I will soon fix. I also like the Children of the Light. And Faker. And Church Clap with him and KB. Nice post!

Hey great post I do think that some of those on there are ones i would not put but its ok, for instance “All I need is you” was by a hip hop/other stuff XD artist named Hollyn and sounds WAY better wen she sings it, Lecrae’s version is the only song by him I hate, its annoying, and all my friends agree. And also there’s a few songs you should’ve maybe put on the list… like “Jesus Muzik” but you know its hard to pick ten songs out of his thousands XD so nice post dude i love christian rap a lot and i want you to make a post about social club misfits XD.

Dude, I think that we should only be positive and not hate stuff in the post. Even if you do, keep it to yourself because these posts are from Elisha’s perspective not yours alright?

lol. Btw hate to break it to you dude, but Lecrae is the original writer of All I Need is You. Hollyn was the one who did the “other version” and to me, it sounded super fake. Girls, as a general rule, aren’t good rappers. Regardless, you are entitled to your own opinion, and I’m glad you like the list!

???? I just found out my brother was on my account so I don’t really know what you guys are talking about but it sounds like Lecrae stuff. Yeah I had heard him singing it before but I’m used to it being Hollyn. LoL XD! Nice talking with ya! 😀

Huh i looked it up and it said that Hollyn wrote it. After you said Lecrae wrote it I looked up again and some thing said Hollyn wrote it, and others said Lecrae did so idk XD

Look up the youtube videos for each artist. The time stamp for Lecrae’s version comes before Hollyn’s, proving his is the original
